From 2015 to 2016
It’s been a while you heard from me. Sorry for my followers. Will try to post now some news more often.
End of the season 2015:
The league for the junior and seniors ended in September. At the club we had a great end of season 2015. For Magic United TFA it was a great season because the first team won the League and the Grand Finals. Grand finals was something news for me. When the League is finished, there is following more. In Australia playing the number one, two, three and four extra games. They play for extra prices.
For the youth teams it’s the same. I was coaching last season the U18’s. Both teams from our U18 ended in the first four. This was a great result. We played each other in the finals.
When the finals were finished than the club started the off-season training program, this is from October to half December. During the off-season training we deliver extra training session, also all the school programs are still going on in this period. But there ore no games in the weekend. Had some more time to enjoy the weekends. Also perfect because the summer started during this period.
Living and Holiday:
As I told you in the last story I was looking for a place to live. Since I arrived Australia I met a girl. We went together to Sydney and this went very good. She asked me to stay with her until I found a place to live. We are very happy together. She was moving from October to a new place, and I moved in again. Everything goes good.
The soccer season ended in half December. There is for one month no soccer and all the schools are on holidays. For me a perfect time to see a little bit more of the country. Together we took a lot of daytrips. In the city were I live are lots of things to do. It’s a city were also lots of tourism is coming. We cruised all over the coast and spend time at different beaches. Went to natural parks, mountains, entertainment parks, and lots more. During the holidays have been busy also with applying for an extra year visa.
Start of 2016
After the holidays the new season starts. The start of the new season means that I have been exactly one year in Australia. I arrived here last year at the start of the season. My visa has been granted at the end of January. Now can stay for an extra year.
After all he success in 2015 it will be a difficult year for the club to reach again the level as last year. For me I keep working at the club. Give training this year to the U7, U8, U10 and give training and do coaching during the games from the U12, U18 and Reserves.

Family:
Had a great surprise in the end of June! My brother came over with his family. Was great to spend a few days with the family. Will be happy to see them again in October. This is when I go back to Holland.
Sport Develops You:
In 2016 it is a little bit quiet about the foundation. We don’t have any plans for this year. Soon you can read on our website the year annual from 2015. There you can see all the results we booked in that year. http://sportdevelopsyou.com
